Return Eligibility
We support free return service for all products. Customers can apply for product return in line with our return rules. All returned products must be kept in unused, unopened and intact condition with original packaging complete, so that we can complete return verification and processing normally.
Application Process
Customers who need to return goods shall submit a return application through the official contact channel on the Contact page. Our customer service team will verify the application information and reply with return guidance and return address in a timely manner. Please do not return goods without official authorization.
Refund Processing
After we receive and verify the returned products to be compliant with return regulations, we will initiate the official refund procedure. The refund will be returned to the original payment account through the original payment channel. All refund settlements are based on USD.
Non-Refundable Situations
Products that have been opened, used, damaged artificially, or lost original packaging without quality problems do not support return and refund services. Customized special products and severely damaged products caused by users’ personal logistics transportation are not within the scope of return support.
